Most physicians will recommend a well-rounded multivitamin each day for healthy adults. Women should consider also taking an additional calcium supplement to help protect their bones. Plan for the worst: When you are pregnant you may experience nausea, pain, and all sorts of other things. Your baby could have problems, or you could.
